Royal Philips Electronics has completed the sale of its approximate
69.5 percent ownership interest in MedQuist to CBaySystems Holdings for
about $285 million.
Alliance Imaging, a provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services
and radiation therapy services, has acquired Medical Outsourcing
Services, a mobile provider of PET/CT, based in Naperville, Ill.
RadNet, a provider of diagnostic imaging services through a network of
outpatient imaging centers, has acquired the NeuroSciences Imaging
Center in Newark, Del.
