Neurostar signs more than 30 new sites in Q1 |
More than 30 radiology practice groups, freestanding imaging centers, hospitals and other medical imaging sites have selected Neurostar’s Virtual Radiology Network (VRN) to provide advanced image management and communications during the first quarter of 2008.
The Neurostar VRN, a full-featured, software-as-a-service offering, is completely web-based and hosted by the Atlanta-based Neurostar. The service combines image display, communication, workflow, management, archiving and disaster protection. It can utilize existing internet connections to transmit images worldwide and requires minimal hardware and no client IT support, the company said.
The recent Neurostar installations include radiology groups, imaging centers and hospitals across the United States, the company said.
