Radiology IT Strategies: Differentiating Care
KLAS Enterprises has released its highly regarded 2006 “Best in KLAS” award winners, showing the latest shifts and trends in industry leadership in a large variety of systems and modalities. The awards are the result of thousands of interviews with providers who rate their technology vendors on 40 indicators. The percentage of negative and positive provider commentary is factored into the overall rating score, the organization said.

This year the organization included ratings for computed radiography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance and ultrasound. The overall winner this time around is DR Systems Dominator with the highest score in general, weighing in at 91.3 out of 100. Other category leaders included the following:
