Mitsubishi displays new model of digital color printer line

Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America showcased its CP-30 line of healthcare digital color printer products, including CP-30DW, CP-30W models and its new release CP-31W at RSNA’s annual meeting in Chicago last month.

Mitsubishi said its new CP-31W comes with a DSP engine and 423 dpi thermal head. It provides the print quality in 16 seconds for S-size and 25 seconds for L-size output. The CP-31W offers features designed for ultrasound low-light environments. The printer comes equipped with a selection of gamma curves to handle ultrasonic diagnosis systems, endoscopes other medical instruments, simplifying user gamma curve fine-tuning and color adjustment. The CP-31W also offers a choice between multi-prints split into two or four frames.

All printers in the CP-30 family feature space-saving, front-access design with loading for ribbon cartridge replacement, internal wide-mouth paper catchers and built-in lighting to track print status in dim or dark areas.
