Entrada extends eDictate to mobile Apple products
Entrada has released eDictate, a mobile application for clinics, hospitals and surgery centers that extends automated clinical documentation processes to iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices.

eDictate captures spoken medical reports on Apple handheld devices and transmits them to Entrada’s web-based data center, where its voice recognition system converts the recordings to text, according to the Nashville, Tenn.-based documentation and data management company.

Entada also provides expert editing services to further refine documents, where electronic records are then uploaded to the doctor’s EMR or other digital repository.

The eDictate app is available from the Apple iStore.
