InfoLogix, a health IT provider, has acquired Healthcare Informatics Associates (HIA), a healthcare management and clinical/financial systems consulting company.

The Seattle-based HIA will operate within the InfoLogix organization as its healthcare consulting and systems integration service line.

According to the Hatboro, Pa.-based InfoLogix, HIA has a team of healthcare informatics consultants who are also certified healthcare practitioners.
