TeraRecon touts iNtuition CLOUD at CIRSE 2011
TeraRecon highlighted iNtuition Cloud system at this year’s annual meeting of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Society of Europe (CIRSE), held in Munich Sept. 10-14.

TeraRecon’s cloud-based servers allow physicians to access iNtuition volumetric visualization software via the internet and make it possible to upload a case from a CD or local disk.

Robert Taylor, PhD, president and CEO of TeraRecon, said in a statement that the browser-based system makes advanced visualization tools accessible to physicians working in a location without the IT infrastructure generally needed to support such tools.

iNtuition tools are also available for smartphones and in portable, software-only, laptop-based options, according to the Foster City, Calif.-based imaging technology company.
