Celsense releases molecular image quantification software
Celsense has launched Voxel Tracker software, designed to allow researchers to manipulate and quantify molecular imaging data by merging images produced from different imaging scanners.

The Voxel Tracker software program enables rapid visualization and quantification of MRI-labeled cells. The image processing toolbox fuses and visualizes 3D 1H and 19F images. Built-in computational tools enable cell or inflammation quantification in regions of interest, thus enriching the utility of in vivo data, according to Celsense.

The Pittsburgh, Pa.-based company said Voxel Tracker is currently offered via web-based access and a workstation version will be available later this year.

The software is powered by Umlaut software's VoxPort, a platform of software solutions and tools to manage, deliver and analyze large volumes of imagery and metadata, added Celsense.
