Radiotherapeutic and molecular imaging pharmaceutical development firm Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals has added Scott Gottlieb, MD, to its board of directors. Gottlieb, currently a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, has served as a senior policy maker at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, most recently as deputy commissioner for medical and scientific affairs.

He has also served as a senior official at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and is a frequent contributor to leading journals and publications.
