Philips demonstrates preclinical offerings at AMI/SMI
Philips is showcasing its preclinical product portfolio, including a new Preclinical Workspace, the MOSAIC HP preclinical PET system with new software version and the NanoSPECT/CT this week at the Joint Molecular Imaging Conference. The conference, sponsored by the Academy of Molecular Imaging and the Society of Molecular Imaging, is being held in Providence, R.I.

Philips stated that its new Preclinical Workspace offers imaging analylitics, including complete image processing, quantification, and visualization tools dedicated to preclinical imaging.

The MOSAIC HP, equipped with high performance LYSO detector technology, is a dedicated preclinical PET system that delivers efficiency for a wide range of preclinical research applications in oncology, cardiology and neurology, according to Philips.

Lastly, Philips predicts its NanoSPECT/CT, a tri-modality preclinical product, will enable fast SPECT and dual isotope imaging with ultra-high sensitivity and sub-millimeter resolution.
