CACI to acquire Advanced Programs Group
CACI International signed a definitive agreement to acquire Advanced Programs Group, an Oracle Platinum Partner and provider of Oracle e-Business services in the federal market. The acquisition expands CACI’s presence in business and government transformation.

Advanced Programs Group (APG) of Reston, Va., founded in 2004, services Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) implementations, IT program management, enterprise architecture and security services. APG manages the lifecycle of Oracle implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance and enhancement phases.

APG has contracts with several civilian and Department of Defense clients, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Department of the Interior’s (DOI) National Business Center (NBC), a shared service center that provides financial systems for government agencies.

APG has 110 employees. Its revenue for calendar year 2010 was $41.9 million. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to CACI’s earnings per share during its first 12 months.
