Weve changed our priorities, tightened our belts, stretched our budgets, postponed and scrapped projects, figured out how to be more efficient even in areas we previously couldnt imagine could be better refined and become more conscious and conscientious of what we need and what we want. We got used to the fact that things could change at any time, and often did, that old parameters changed and previous measures melted away. We did the wait and see. Its what the recession has done.
