Of a possible 10, DR users ranked Konica Minolta highest in system performance (9.8), installation/implementation (9.4), service repair quality (9.4), and service response time (9.3), also with above average scores of 9.3 for system reliability and applications training. With a composite rating of 9.4, Konica Minolta clinched the top spot for DR user satisfaction.
