Monitors Inc. Now Offering Complete Line of Sony High-Resolution Diagnostic Displays

Minneapolis, Minn., May 20, 2013 The newest diagnostic medical imaging monitors for radiology – Sony’s LMD-DM series -- are now available from Monitors Inc.  Covering every modality including CR/DR, CT, MRI, PACS, US NM, and full-field digital mammography (FFDM) studies, the displays are 510(k) cleared for diagnostic use and come with a 5-year “Hot Swap” warranty.

The Sony LMD-DM series of high-luminance, high-contrast medical displays offers well-defined images and the added value of “48-hour Hot Swap” support for 5 years.  This allows customers to minimize down time in their busy imaging centers with quick, easy service.

To maximize performance, the Sony displays will come with the video card designed specifically for medical imaging, the nVidia Quadro 2000.  Optionally, complete Dell or HP workstations can be configured to specific needs of the customer.  From simple clinical review stations to top of the line mammography workstations, hundreds of different configurations are possible with the new Sony monitors.
