Del Global Technologies Corp. in the same week announced the voluntary resignation of Thomas V. Gilboy as CFO and the appointment of Mark A. Koch as principal accounting officer and treasurer.

Prior to his appointment, Koch served as Del Global's corporate controller and assistant secretary since February 2003.
