Carestream Health has appointed Joseph F. Dooley as a seventh member of its board of directors.

Carestream said that Dooley most recently served as president of Duracell and as chairman of China-based Nanfu Battery, which Duracell acquired in 2003. Previously, Dooley served as president of Duracell Canada, during the time of Gillette’s acquisition in 1997, and later became president of Gillette North America, where he worked on a range of brands for the manufacturer, according to the company.
