Capital asset management services firm Genesis Technology Partners has named Dean DeVore as CFO and O. R. Leslie as regional vice president of operations.

DeVore most recently served as vice president of finance and treasurer of WebVision Inc., a telecommunications and technology infrastructure company. He also has held various executive finance positions at the former Total Renal Care Holdings Inc. (now DaVita Inc.).

Leslie will oversee day-to-day operations for Genesis in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the country. Leslie most recently served as vice president of operations for the Mid-South region for Aramark CTS. He also has held management positions with organizations such as HCA Biomedical Services and Premier Clinical Technology Services.

Genesis Technology Partners is based in San Dimas, Calif.
