InSight Health Services Holdings has announced that Bret Jorgensen is leaving the firm as president and CEO, effective Nov. 15, to pursue other interests.

He will remain as a consultant for a six-month period to assist Insight during the transition, according to the Lake Forest, Calif.-based Insight.

Until Insight completes the search process for a new CEO, Richard Nevins, a current director, will be appointed as interim CEO and Kip Hallman, its executive VP and chief strategy officer, will act as interim chief operating officer.
