Median Technologies, a software solutions company for radiologists and oncologists, introduced its deployment of Lesion Management Solutions (LMS) in the United States at the RSNA conference last week.

The Sophia Antipolis, France-based company said that its LMS-Lung, LMS-Liver, which are already available in Europe, assist radiologists in lesion detection, measurement and follow-up to report generation for the referring physicians. LMS applications generate reports, according to RECIST criteria used to evaluate the response to treatment of solid tumors.

Median also displayed LMS-Colon, which is not FDA approved, a specialized software application for CT colonography interpretation.
