Misys taps Feth, names new chief marketing officer

Misys Healthcare Systems has appointed Betty Feth as president of the Homecare Systems group.
   
Feth is a 19-year veteran of the company. In her new role, Feth will oversee and lead all operations for Homecare Systems, including product development, sales and marketing, and service and support. The Homecare Systems group provides integrated business and clinical information technology systems for home health, hospice and private duty organizations.  
   
In related Misys news, the company appointed its first ever chief marketing officer, choosing Keith Sturges for the post.
   
Sturges previously served as CEO of Misys Healthcare Systems' Homecare Systems' business unit - which focuses on integrated IT systems for home health, hospice and private duty organizations. Before joining Misys, Sturges served as senior vice president for Virtual Information Systems, a portal and financial software company. Sturges also worked for Superscape as the company's worldwide senior vice president of sales and marketing, and for Oracle as vice president of Advanced Services.
