Outpatient Imaging Affiliates of Nashville, Tenn., has announced a series of expansions and promotions, as well as the creation of a joint venture with local healthcare providers.

OIA has created St. John's Imaging in the greater Jacksonville, Fla. area, a joint-venture with the radiology group McClow, Clark & Berk, which will offer MRI, CT, PET/CT and other outpatient diagnostic services, according to the company.

The firm also announced that it has expanded its relationship with Raleigh Radiology Associates in North Carolina, with the addition of new locations in the Raleigh suburbs of Wake Forest, Brier Creek and Clayton.

In addition, the company announces the following promotions and new hires:
•    Janet Cheek hired for vice president of operations.
•    Kelly Gill promoted to chief operating officer.
•    Cannon King promoted to executive vice president of business development.
•    Jeff Tumbleson promoted to vice president of information technology.
