Pathway Medical Technologies, developer of peripheral arterial disease devices, has hired Joseph Rafferty as its vice president of sales. Rafferty joins the Kirkland, Wash.-based firm with more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry.

In other news, Pathway has moved its operations to a new 51,000-square-foot facility, also located in Kirkland.
