QuadraMed has named Julian A.L. Allen to its board of directors, expanding the board from five to six members. 

Allen is the founder of Spitfire Capital, a San Francisco-based investment advisor, and Managing Partner of The Spitfire Fund, which owns 560,600 shares of QuadraMed’s common stock, representing approximately 1.3 percent of its outstanding common stock, according to the Reston, Va.-based QuadraMed.
