RSNA: EDDA Technology features new liver imaging app
Advanced visualization developer EDDA Technology (Booth 9318) is showcasing its IQQA-Liver application at the 2009 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) conference in Chicago later this month.

According to the Princeton, N.J.-based company, IQQA-Liver provides a comprehensive toolkit for an automated volumetric evaluation of the liver, liver lobes and segments, hepatic lesions and vascular structures including artery, portal veins and hepatic veins from CT data.

IQQA-Liver is designed to facilitate a physician's evaluation of imaging data as well as operative planning and simulation of tumor resection and lobular/segmental/vascular separation/quantification/manipulation in real-time, according to EDDA. The software recently received European CE Mark clearance, the firm said.
