Sage Software Healthcare has appointed John Lopiano as division president. Lopiano officially joins the organization this month, said the Tampa, Fla.-based Sage.

Most recently, Lopiano served as president of Spinet Associates, an independent consulting firm specializing in business planning, according to the company.

Sage said Lopiano’s previous positions include president, production systems at Xerox and 25 years with IBM Corporation.
