Visage Imaging to showcase thin client solutions at SCBT 2008
Visage Imaging, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercury Computer Systems, will reveal the latest innovations to its Visage Thin Client solutions portfolio, and demonstrate performance levels and scalability for integrated 2D, 3D, and 4D advanced visualization, at the Society of Computed Body Tomography & Magnetic Resonance (SCBT-MR) 31st annual course, held this week in Charleston, S.C.

With thin-client technology, 3D images can be interpreted, post-processed and distributed throughout the hospital enterprise, and features optimized tools for radiology, cardiology, and other subspecialties, Visage Imaging said.

Furthermore, the new version of Visage CS Cardiac Analysis will feature a rich set of new tools and optimizations such as calcium scoring, improved reporting, and efficient manual editing of the left ventricle geometry, according to the Carlsbad, Calif.-based company.
