Zotec Partners has named Lonnie W. Johnson, Jr., as chief operating officer (COO).

According to Indianapolis-based Zotec, Johnson previously held senior management positions with national medical billing and practice management firms, as well as with a large diagnostic imaging company. Additionally, he has experience on the payor side of healthcare where he directed an internal management consulting group for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Virginia. Most recently, he served as the COO of CBIZ Medical Management Professionals, Zotec said.
