CME cardiac imaging teleconference
Professionals of the cardiovascular imaging community can participate in an upcoming teleconference, The Revolution in Cardiac Imaging: Adapting the Clinical Mindset, Saturday, Oct. 4 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST.

Hosted by Duke University and funded by an educational grant from Andover, Mass.-based Philips Medical Systems, Joseph Kisslo, M.D. of the University's Medical Center is directing the event.

The program will cover the importance of new cardiac imaging methods in obtaining molecular, anatomic and functional assessments of heart disease, how to avoid repetitive testing in cost-sensitive times, when to integrate methods into clinical practice, and clinical decision approaches that can impact patient outcome.
