Digirad has released c.pax, which combines structured reporting and PACS in a fee-for-service format.

According to the Poway, Calif.-based company, c.pax is an image management system for cardiology, including remote archiving, Web-based multi-modality viewing, analysis and structured reporting.  The system, which uses a fee-for-service model, stores DICOM images and reports, remotely hosts Web services that access diagnostic quality images and finalizes structured reports from any location.
