Philips, Bard merge image guidance, mapping for cardiac arrhythmias
Royal Philips Electronics has entered into an agreement with Bard Electrophysiology, a division of C. R. Bard, to co-develop new clinical tools to aid in treating cardiac arrhythmia disorders.

By combining Bard’s LabSystemTMPRO EP Recording Aystem and Philips’ EP navigator and the Allura Xper FD series, electrophysiologists will be provided with a faster and easier way to integrate image guidance with mapping and analysis of complex arrhythmias, while offering insights for more accurate interventional navigation, according to Philips.
