Philips ultrasound systems rank first in IMV ServiceTrak survey
Customers have rated Royal Philips Electronics’ medical systems division No. 1 in overall service performance for ultrasound all systems, comprising radiology/OB-GYN and cardiology instruments in an annual IMV ServiceTrak survey.
In an independent IMV survey, customers were asked to rate manufacturers of ultrasound systems on a broad range of factors across the product ownership lifecycle.
The 2007 IMV results also show Philips earning a No. 1 ranking in overall manufacturer satisfaction and shares the No. 1 ranking for probability of repurchase for ultrasound.
