Accuray reported that its CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery System has been used to treat more than 4,000 lung cancer patients worldwide and that more than 40,000 patients have been treated with CyberKnife for tumors throughout the body.

CyberKnife radiosurgery is a non-invasive means of treating lung cancer patients, according to the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Accuray.
