Agfa HealthCare has installed its DX-D 500 digital x-ray room in the Maine Image Santé group in Le Mans, France. An agreement for a second DX-D 500 has been signed with the SMC Scanpy group of Tarbes, France, with the installation taking place before the end of the year in its Ormeau clinic.

The system houses configurations that can be tailored with a two fixed-detector radiographic table and wall stand or a fixed detector wall stand only, according to the Mortsel, Belgium-based Agfa.
