Diagnostic ultrasound provider Aloka Ultrasound and oncology medical device provider RFA Medical have combined efforts to promote their respective medical devices used for ablative procedures. 

According to the Wallingford, Conn.-based Aloka and the Fremont, Calif.-based RFA Medical, they expect the alliance will broaden awareness among surgeons of the important benefits provided by each company’s products.

Each company will retain direct control of sales for their individual devices.
