PACS developer Ashva Technologies has released a new sPrint Windows-based image printing product for ultrasound, which interfaces with an ultrasound unit through a video cable and runs on a standard PC.

According to the Plymouth, Minn.-based Ashva, sPrint allows the user to capture black and white or color images from the ultrasound device, define a layout and print on customized center-specific letterhead.
