B-K Medical, AUA create resident training
Ultrasound developer B-K Medical, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based subsidiary of Analogic, has joined with the American Urology Association (AUA) to create an imaging training program for urology residents. The first session of the AUA Resident Ultrasound Course will be held in New York City this Friday and Saturday at the New York Academy of Medicine.

B-K Medical offers dedicated ultrasound imaging platforms for urology, allowing urologists to perform prostate, kidney, scrotal, penile, renal, and bladder diagnostic examinations, the company said.

The AUA Resident Ultrasound Course will be offered in other U.S. cities later this year, according to B-K Medical.
