Barco, GE equip Tokyo provider
Barco has received an order from GE Healthcare to supply its Coronis Fusion 6MP DL diagnostic displays to St. Luke's International Hospital in Tokyo, Japan.

As part of a recent Centricity PACS project with GE, the hospital upgraded to Barco's Coronis Fusion 6MP DL.

The new displays will allow radiologists to visualize clinical modalities on a single workstation, rather than on separate monitors, according to the Kortrijk, Belgium-based Barco. The 6-megapixel (MP) displays will be supplied through Toyo, Barco's local distributor in Japan.

The 100-year old, 520-bed St. Luke’s serves more than 2,550 outpatients per day and employs more than 250 physicians.
