Biomorph designs range of level 3 PACS workstations
Biomorph, a New York based ergonomic furniture company, has designed a range of Level 3 PACS (picture archiving and communications system) workstations.
According to Biomorph, the Level 3 line supports multiple LCD monitors and addresses the needs of radiology departments as they make the transition into digital operation. The workstations feature split-level, fully adjustable surfaces. They also offer a choice of four different widths to suit various layouts and number of monitors.
Adjustability is central to its design, and the Level 3 line is available with either crank or electric driven height adjustment, capable of instant sit-to-stand adjustment, Biomorph said.
The company said corner and floating designs are available to maximize efficient space planning.
