Bracco at RSNA 2006 in Chicago showcased its full line of contrast imaging media. These MR-related agents included:

• MultiHance – for MR scanning of adults to visualize lesions with abnormal blood brain barrier or abnormal vascularity of the brain, spine and surrounding tissue. The weak and highly reversible interaction of MultiHance with proteins increases its relaxivity and improve contrast enhancements on MR images, the company said;
• ProHance, an MRI contrast agent for imaging the brain, spine and surrounding tissues to improve visualization of lesions with abnormal vascularity, including primary and metastatic tumors.
