Carestream Health and ScImage have signed an agreement, which allows Carestream to offer medical professionals a service for the management of cardiology data in the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Carestream has already begun selling ScImage’s PicomEnterprise service, including capture and visualization tools, for integration with Carestream’s Information Management Solutions in the United States and Canada.

According to the Los Altos, Calif.-ScImage, its web-based cardiology software service, PicomEnterprise, is designed for cardiology departments, outpatient cardiology clinics and private-practice cardiologists to use a database to manage, distribute and safeguard cardiac information gathered at various points of care.
