Cedara Software Corp. has inked a supply and service agreement with Cerner Corp. valued at approximately $5.4 million.

 Cedara will supply certain medical imaging technologies and related support services to Kansas City, Mo.-based Cerner. The agreement is set to commence within the current fiscal year.
