Civco introduces endocavity needle guide for Zonare
Civco Medical Solutions has released a disposable endocavity needle guidance system for use with Zonare's E9-4 ultrasound transducer.
The E9-4 needle guidance system is designed to direct minimally invasive instruments by working in conjunction with biopsy software on the Mountain View, Calif.-based Zonare z.one ultrasound platforms, according to the Kalona, Iowa-based Civco.
The disposable design of Civco's E9-4 endocavity needle guide reduces the risks associated with cross-contamination and aids in easy clean-up between procedures, the company said.
