ContextVision unveils new app, adds staff
ContextVision announced a new version of its x-ray tuning software, GOPView XR2-T, and has created new positions in the firm.

The latest iteration of GOPView XR2-T allows for adjustment of the image quality in digital x-ray images. XR2-T enables users to set specific preferences for the post-processing of X-ray images. GOPView XR2-T features two separate modes, image and feature, which accommodates two primary user groups: imaging experts and radiologists, according to Jan Erik Hedborg, president and CEO of the Stockholm, Sweden-based company.

The company also recently added Olivier Bochenback and Ann-Sofi Hoff to its team. Bochenback most recently worked as system engineer and customer project manager at Mercury Computer Systems in Chelmsford, Mass. In his new position as image processing system engineer, Bochenback will lead technical development projects, evaluate new technologies for potential market impact, and support the product research and concept team.

Ann-Sofi Hoff also was hired as the customer and product support manager; she has more than 10 years experience at Siemens Medical Solutions as a radiophysicist and x-ray product development project manager, the company said.
