Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Manage and mitigate any issues pertaining to transportation of radioactive materials and other hazardous materials by examining the regulations.
2. Examine cardiac scanning through the ages: from gated acquisition to the most up-to-date imaging equipment.
3. Demonstrate how current advances in radiopharmacy, equipment and radioimmunotherapies are reshaping the practice of nuclear medicine.
4. Integrate components for success in his or her department through leadership and accreditation.
