Healthcare information systems developer Eclipsys has appointed Charles Wagner as the company’s senior vice president, professional services. In this role, Wagner will be responsible for Eclipsys' consolidated professional services offerings, including those provided by the Eclipsys Consulting Group, implementation services, and content and practice transformation services, according to the Boca Raton, Fla.-based company.

Most recently, Wagner was an executive vice president and associate partner at IBM/Healthlink, where he led the clinical system implementation and redesign group within the Healthlink provider practice.
