eRAD, a provider of radiology workflow solutions, is offering Site Management Services, a real-time, remote monitoring service for its eRAD PACS.

The Greenville, S.C.-based eRAD said the service utilizes non-intrusive software to analyze the runtime, system status and administration details for each installed eRAD PACS server.

eRAD said it will display its Site Management Services at the RSNA conference later this month in Chicago.
