eRAD, a provider of radiology workflow solutions, will introduce its Scheduler, a web-based, customizable management tool for radiology workflow, at the RSNA conference in Chicago later this month.

The new module is available as a standalone application or as an adjunct to the PACS, and offers user and system-level security and data encryption features, according to the Greenville, S.C.-based company.

The software accommodates pre-registration, double booking, multi-procedure exams, black-out days and times, insurance pre-certification, document scanning and printing, and administrative report customization, the company said.
