eRad unveils two new products
Dec. 6 – eRad unveiled eRad SiteMan and eRAD Scheduler at the 93rd scientific assembly and annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago last week.
eRad Site management services provides real-time remote monitoring for eRAD PACS. It continually analyzes the runtime, system and administration statuses for each eRAD PACS server and reports that information to eRAD’s customer support center. Support personnel monitor the status details, allowing them to proactively identify and promptly clear conditions affecting system performance and throughput. SiteMan also confirms individual systems processes are functioning optimally.
eRAD Scheduler expands RIS functionality that enables central management of patient information, procedure schedules, insurance verification and room allocations for single or multiple sites from a single, integrated application.
