MDWerks, a provider of web-based, electronic claims management for healthcare professionals, signed a co-marketing agreement with provider of web-based, clinical information management solutions for physicians and patients Ethidium Systems. 

According to Deerfield Beach, Fla.-based MDWerks, Ethidium’s cost-effective tools enable physicians to easily manage and share their medical records using web technology, allowing rapid visit documentation, charge capture, electronic prescribing, electronic laboratory order entry and results retrieval, as well as document management and scanning.
