GE Centricity Enterprise certified under standards program
Centricity Enterprise support organization from GE Healthcare IT has achieved certification under the service capability and performance (SCP) standards program.

The certification occurred after an audit of the GE service center in Seattle against the SCP support standard. The SCP standards quantify the effectiveness of customer service and support based upon a set of performance standards, GE said.

The SCP Support Standard, a consortium of technology companies and service strategies, created the internationally recognized standards, which define best practices for delivering technology service and support, quantify performance levels and establish a foundation to build on existing quality processes, according to GE.
